Stefan Sowei is an infrastructure and operations professional with more than 10 years of experience delivering complex projects and supporting remote-site operations across Papua New Guinea. He is currently a Project Lead with Santos, where he manages camp infrastructure upgrade programs and works closely with a range of teams to ensure safe, practical, and effective project outcomes. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Papua New Guinea and an MBA (Leadership and Enterprise) from the University of Sydney.
