Bill Doa Neill joined the Board in 2022. His areas of expertise include corporate governance, property and asset management, stakeholder engagement, revenue integrity, and compliance, supported by professional affiliations with the PNG Institute of Directors and the PNG Olympic Committee (Marketing & Revenue Committee). Bill is the National Property Manager at Pacific Palms Property (Steamships Trading Company), overseeing a national portfolio of more than 600 leases across residential, commercial, and industrial assets, and brings extensive experience in transparent asset management, risk mitigation, and ethical commercial practice. Bill is also the President of the Badili Club, having been an active member since 2013 and previously serving on its General and Executive Committees, including as Vice President.
